Careers Excelled was established in 1991 providing job placement and training services to the long term unemployed and Career Counselling to students and adults.

Today Careers Excelled provides Corporate Psychology, Talent Management and Career Counselling Services across Australia.

Rebecca Cushway is a Corporate Psychologist and Managing Director of Careers Excelled. With 14 years experience providing Career Counselling and Oranganisational Consulting, Human Resources and Talent Management Services across Australia and Asia, she leads a team of psychologists and and organisational development specialists.

Careers Excelled is committed to the community and are embedded in a number of community programs that support youth, local skill development and business information sharing. We choose and value working with clients who are genuinely committed and passionate about their people. Our valued clients are forward thinking and understand the true value of people and leaders to drive and create business innovation and improvement rather than simply changing policy and process.
