Engaging Rebecca Cushway, and Careers Excelled, to help a number of our teams to develop management and leadership skills has been one of our smartest moves.   Her knowledge and professionalism, and her calm and credible style, make her perfect for assisting complex teams to properly understand and analyse their various challenges.  She has been invaluable in helping our teams to work together better and the practical strategies she has given us have had an extremely positive and measurable impact on the services we provide.   We look forward to continuing to work with Rebecca and Careers Excelled.

Careers Excelled have run a range of leadership development programs and coaching support services with our managers over the past three years. An incredible workshop was held here at Baulkham Hills Library starting for 28 job seekers, both in a job and unemployed. Rebecca Cushway from Careers Excelled spoke about resume writing and interview tips. All who attended asked questions throughout the talk and were given a marvellous handout to take home and use to improve their resume and their chances of gaining employment. Many compliments were given to us for providing this workshop as well as praise to Rebecca for her talk.

Careers Excelled have completed a strategic review of our contact centre operations
across Australia and provided us with invaluable advice which has been
implemented in our customer facing roles. Careers Excelled have recommended and
developed structures, defined roles, processes, performance measures and have
delivered leadership and coaching training to our leaders. We have already seen the
