Choosing

Vocational Assessment

Our Vocational Assessment Service incorporates three hours of collaborative counselling with a Career Psychologist. This is split into an initial 1-hour information gathering session and a follow up session (2 hours). In between the session’s clients undertake a battery of career assessments specifically selected for the individual client and typically involving interest, personality, values and cognitive components. At the end of the follow up two hour session, an agreed action plan.

Career Coaching

Career Coaching is offered on an hourly basis and is suitable for clients who have some idea of their direction, however need further support to understand the career market, or to balance career and life needs. Clients can upgrade to the vocational assessment service and are only charged the gap between the two services.

Landing the Role

Interview Preparation

We help you build confidence and provide you with a strong structure to be able to answer interview questions authentically and with confidence. We show you how to use your own experience to illustrate what you have done and what you can do. We help you evaluate your approach through the eyes of the interviewer to deal with challenging questions, gaps in experience and nerves!

Resume development and job application support

We help you to market yourself effectively and respond to selection criteria or develop letters of application. It is important to ensure you are clear about what roles you are applying for to engage in this service and bring along any job advertisements and your resume.

Workplace Coaching

Helping you take back control and deal with challenges you may face in the workplace including:

  • Dealing with challenging people

  • Upward management

  • Navigating workplace politics

  • Dealing with workplace bullying

  • Developing Leadership Skills

  • Assessments of your strengths and personality to help you leverage these and get ahead

  • Succession Planning

  • Returning back to work after maternity or extended leave

  • Coping with Redundancy and Termination.
