360 Degree Feedback

Utilising tools to powerfully help leaders understand their impact, where they are effective and where they need support, can be supported by a range of psychometric and 360-degree feedback tools which are managed remotely with supportive communication and messaging for development purposes. Careers Excelled Organisational Psychology are pleased to partner with MLQ Plus and to utilise the Full Range Leadership Model with a focus on coaching transformational leadership behaviours. We also offer fully customisable 360-degree feedback and competency-based model that can be integrated with your Competency Framework.

Executive Coaching

One to one tailored coaching that is directly linked to workplace performance and measured against key milestones delivered flexible to support you to lead change, perform in difficult circumstances and engage colleagues and staff.

Where agreeable we prefer to engage the participant and if possible, the organisational sponsor to establish the goals of coaching and to assess progress against key milestones, whilst keeping the coaching content confidential to ensure an open and candid relationship based on trust with a genuine focus on growth and development.

 We assess changes in behaviours and results through a range of methods including business results, 360-degree feedback pre and post coaching and sponsor and colleague feedback. Our mission as coaches is to not only build the skills you need to execute results, but to build your confidence and personal brand creating positive ripple effects, impacting your whole life.

 

Group Coaching

Moral support and day to day check-ins and buddies are a critical aspect to ensure coaching is able to be implemented.

We offer small group coaching of up to six participants and implement additional support systems to empower participants including tools, buddies, one to one debriefing with the lead coach and independent reflective sessions without the lead coach present.

 

Coach the Coach

We believe in creating competence rather than dependence with our clients, and readily share our skills, methods and tools to be utilised. We do not charge licensing fees, instead focus our energy on innovation and application. Our Coach the Coach program is offered as an intensive one-one or group based program with ongoing evaluation and structured milestones to assess the competency and outcomes achieved by your coaches.
