Can you leave emotional baggage ‘at the door’?

Covid -19 has disrupted everyone’s routines on the planet. Most of us are working from home , whilst many are still working face to face in very trying conditions, especially our medical workers on the front line. Dealing with our emotions and making sure that we remain focused and get on with the job, whether we are treating patients in a hospital , running a Zoom class, or homeschooling whilst on the phone to clients is a significant challenge.
